Oh how I remember seeing all the rowing Santas in previous years. Even recall a sort of floating Nativity flotilla heading down the Grand Canal a few years back. Sadly, had to come home before Christmas, although was interested to see the piazetta’s “Tree” going up in all its globular glory!
